Delivery Timeframe:

All orders within the UAE will be delivered within 1–2 business days from the moment the order is placed.

Shipping Fees

Our shipping structure is simple and designed to reward bulk orders:

  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat rate of 25 AED applies to all orders under 150 AED.

  • Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders totaling 150 AED and above.

Packaging and Safety

As a professional food manufacturer, we ensure your sauces are securely packaged to withstand the logistics demands of the UAE climate and transportation.

  • All bottles are packed in protective materials designed to prevent breakage and maintain product integrity, keeping your hot sauce safe from our factory to your door.

  • We use approved, temperature-appropriate logistics partners to ensure prompt delivery.

What Happens Next?

  1. Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is placed.

  2. Tracking: Once your order is processed and collected by our logistics partner (within 1 day), you will receive a second notification with a tracking number so you can follow your sauce’s journey.
