Our commitment is to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. In the rare event of a quality or transit issue, we offer a straightforward replacement only policy, meaning we will promptly ship you new products to remedy the problem.
We will gladly replace any item that is compromised due to issues that occur before or during the delivery process. Your order is eligible for a replacement under the following specific conditions:
Shipping Damage: The product arrives with obvious damage, such as a cracked bottle, a broken seal, or sauce leakage, rendering it unsafe for consumption.
Manufacturing Defect: The product has an undisputed quality defect (e.g., visible spoilage, incorrect consistency, or foreign object) before the safety seal is broken.
Order Error: You received a flavor or product that is incorrect or different from what you ordered.
To ensure food safety and process your replacement as quickly as possible, you must follow these steps:
Time Limit: You must notify us of the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide Details: Your email must include:
Your Order Number.
A brief, clear description of the defect or damage.
High-Quality Photographs showing the problem. For damage claims, this must include photos of the damaged item(s), the exterior shipping box, and the visible shipping label.
Once we receive your claim and verify the necessary documentation, our team will process the request.
If your replacement claim is approved, we will ship the replacement product(s) at our expense within 1-2 business days. You will receive a new tracking number via email.
Important: We do not offer monetary refunds. Our sole remedy for eligible claims is the replacement of the affected product(s).
Charred Sauces reserves the right to deny any replacement claim that does not meet the criteria outlined above, or if the documentation is insufficient to confirm the issue. We appreciate your understanding of the necessity of these strict protocols to maintain the highest food safety standards.
